What you will discover
Look beyond Madrid’s main art museums with a private Lázaro Galdiano visit, exploring a collector’s paintings and decorative arts at Parque Florido.
The Lázaro Galdiano Museum offers a different starting point from Madrid’s royal and national collections: the choices of an individual collector. His former home, Parque Florido, brings painting and decorative arts together in the setting of a private residence.
Works by Goya, El Greco and other artists help place the collection within a wider Spanish art itinerary. Tours led by an outside guide require advance arrangements under the museum’s own rules, so the date and the rooms available must be checked before confirmation.
A private tour, shaped around you
