Legal notice
Guía Oficial Madrid is an information website run by Carmen Pascual García. It presents guided-tour ideas but does not take online purchases, payments or bookings. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a visit: details are agreed directly with Carmen afterwards.
Operator: Carmen Pascual García. Spanish tax ID: 00399283A. Address: C/ Andorra 91, 3ºD, 28043 Madrid, España. Telephone: +34 691 266 296. Email: info@guiaoficialmadrid.com.
Texts, logos and photographs inherited from Carmen’s websites are used with her permission. Newly added openly licensed photographs have individual credits on the Photography and licences page. Third-party material must be used in accordance with its own licence.
Links to museums, public bodies and other external websites are provided for information. Each third party controls its own website and policies. Opening times and visiting conditions may change; check the official source before travelling.
Privacy of enquiries
Carmen Pascual García is the data controller. You can contact info@guiaoficialmadrid.com with an enquiry or to exercise your data-protection rights.
The forms ask for your name, email address and message; a preferred date and group size are optional. If you send an enquiry from your visit planner, your chosen summary is included. We use these details to reply to your request or discuss a possible visit. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract. These forms are not used to send marketing messages or make automated decisions about you.
The form sends your message to Carmen by email. This module does not store the message body in the WordPress database, although it remains in the email system while it is handled. The server may process technical access and security logs to protect the website, based on the legitimate interest in preventing abuse; the form limits submission frequency without storing raw IP or email addresses in those counters.
Carmen and the technical providers needed for website hosting and email may access the relevant data under applicable arrangements. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. Enquiries are kept while they are handled and, where applicable, for the time needed to meet legal obligations or address claims.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability by emailing info@guiaoficialmadrid.com. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es if you believe your rights have not been respected. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive details.
Cookies and local storage
The version prepared for this website has no advertising analytics, personalised advertising, WhatsApp chat or social buttons that place optional cookies. WordPress and private access through YunoHost may use technical session and security cookies needed for authenticated areas.
Your visit planner is saved only in this browser’s local storage when you add items. It does not create an account or send your plan to the server by itself. You can clear it with the planner button or your browser settings; clear it when using a shared device.
The reviewed components contain no optional cookies requiring consent, so no consent pop-up is shown. Before the website opens publicly, the cookies and resources actually served by the VPS will be checked. If a non-essential feature is added, it will remain blocked until equally prominent accept and reject options are provided and this notice is updated.
